Ingredients

- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 medium apple, peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 6 pre-made mini tart shells
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix berries, apple, lemon juice, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Divide the fruit mixture evenly among the tart shells.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cold butter, and brown sugar to make the crumble.
- Sprinkle the crumble over the filled tarts.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen berries.
- Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of the fruit.
- Check tarts halfway to prevent over-browning.
