- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- Gently fold in the mixed berries.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan that fits your air fryer.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares.
