Description

A simple and healthy snack made with fresh berries and chia seeds, cooked in an air fryer for a quick and delicious treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the berries and mix with chia seeds, honey, and lemon juice. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, combine oats, almond butter, and coconut oil to form a dough.
  3. Press half the oat mixture into an air fryer-safe dish.
  4. Spread the berry chia jam evenly over the oat layer.
  5. Top with the remaining oat mixture and press lightly.
  6. Air fry at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  7. Let cool before slicing into bars.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Use any berries you prefer.
  • For a vegan option, replace honey with maple syrup.
