Ingredients

- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the berries and mix with chia seeds, honey, and lemon juice. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine oats, almond butter, and coconut oil to form a dough.
- Press half the oat mixture into an air fryer-safe dish.
- Spread the berry chia jam evenly over the oat layer.
- Top with the remaining oat mixture and press lightly.
- Air fry at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before slicing into bars.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Use any berries you prefer.
- For a vegan option, replace honey with maple syrup.
