Description
A quick and easy dessert made with berries and chocolate, cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- In a ramekin, mix berries, chocolate chips, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Sprinkle almond flour over the mixture.
- Drizzle melted butter on top.
- Place the ramekin in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove carefully and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use any berries you prefer—strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries work well.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For a nut-free version, replace almond flour with oat flour.
