A quick and easy dessert made in the air fryer with fresh berries and a crispy topping.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix berries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in milk until just combined.
- Spread berry mixture in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Drop spoonfuls of topping over berries.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen berries.
- Adjust sugar based on berry sweetness.
- Check doneness at 15 minutes to prevent burning.
