Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix berries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add melted butter and milk to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  5. Spread the berry mixture in an air fryer-safe dish.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the batter over the berries.
  7. Air fry for 15-20 minutes until the topping is golden and berries are bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use any berries you prefer—strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries.
  • If using frozen berries, no need to thaw.
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
