Description
A quick and easy berry cobbler made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix berries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted butter and milk to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
- Spread the berry mixture in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter over the berries.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes until the topping is golden and berries are bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use any berries you prefer—strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries.
- If using frozen berries, no need to thaw.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
