Description
A simple and delicious air fryer berry compote that pairs perfectly with pancakes, yogurt, or ice cream.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix berries, lemon juice, honey, and vanilla extract.
- If using cornstarch, mix it with 1 tbsp water and add to the berries.
- Transfer the berry mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen berries.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
