A simple and delicious air fryer berry compote that pairs perfectly with pancakes, yogurt, or ice cream.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix berries, lemon juice, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. If using cornstarch, mix it with 1 tbsp water and add to the berries.
  4. Transfer the berry mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
