- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Divide berries evenly into 4 oven-safe ramekins or silicone cups.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the berries.
- Place cups in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes until topping is golden and berries bubble.
- Remove carefully and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use any berries like strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries.
- For a crispier topping, broil for 1-2 minutes after air frying.
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream for extra indulgence.
