A quick and easy air fryer berry crumble with a crispy topping and juicy berry filling.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix berries, lemon juice, and granulated sugar. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add melted butter to the dry mixture and stir until crumbly.
- Place the berry mixture in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the berries.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until the topping is golden and the berries are bubbling.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use fresh or frozen berries.
- Adjust sugar based on berry sweetness.
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
