- 2 tbsp butter, cold and cubed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles crumbs.
- Stir in milk and vanilla extract until a dough forms.
- Fold in the berries gently.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough into the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use any berries you like.
- For extra sweetness, drizzle with honey or dust with powdered sugar.
- If using frozen berries, thaw and drain excess liquid first.
