Ingredients

  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut tortillas into 4-inch circles using a cookie cutter or glass.
  3. Press each tortilla circle into a muffin tin to form cups.
  4. Air fry tortilla cups for 5-6 minutes until golden and crisp.
  5. While cups cook, dice strawberries and mix with other berries.
  6. Toss berries with lime juice, honey, chili powder, and salt.
  7. Let cups cool slightly, then fill with berry salsa.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.

Notes

  • Use day-old tortillas for crispier cups.
  • Adjust chili powder to taste for more or less heat.
  • Serve immediately to prevent sogginess.
