Description
A quick and easy appetizer featuring fresh berries and a hint of spice, served in crispy air-fried tortilla cups.
Ingredients

- 6 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut tortillas into 4-inch circles using a cookie cutter or glass.
- Press each tortilla circle into a muffin tin to form cups.
- Air fry tortilla cups for 5-6 minutes until golden and crisp.
- While cups cook, dice strawberries and mix with other berries.
- Toss berries with lime juice, honey, chili powder, and salt.
- Let cups cool slightly, then fill with berry salsa.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Use day-old tortillas for crispier cups.
- Adjust chili powder to taste for more or less heat.
- Serve immediately to prevent sogginess.
