- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix berries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread berry mixture on one half of the pastry, leaving a border.
- Fold the other half over and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Use frozen berries if fresh ones aren’t available.
- Adjust sugar based on berry sweetness.
- Let strudel cool slightly before slicing.
