- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 6 tbsp cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.
- Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in buttermilk until dough forms.
- Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness and cut into rounds.
- Place biscuits in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use cold butter for flakier biscuits.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
