Description

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.
  3. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in buttermilk until dough forms.
  5. Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness and cut into rounds.
  6. Place biscuits in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.
