Description
Crispy blackened mahi mahi tacos made in an air fryer for a quick and healthy meal.
Ingredients

- 2 mahi mahi fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp blackening seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Coat mahi mahi with olive oil and blackening seasoning.
- Place fillets in air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or air fryer for 1 minute.
- Flake cooked mahi mahi into chunks.
- Assemble tacos with cabbage, tomatoes, fish, cilantro, sour cream, and feta.
- Serve with lime wedges.
Notes
- Adjust blackening seasoning to taste.
- Use flour tortillas if preferred.
- Replace sour cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
