Description

Crispy blackened mahi mahi tacos made in an air fryer for a quick and healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 mahi mahi fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp blackening seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Coat mahi mahi with olive oil and blackening seasoning.
  3. Place fillets in air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or air fryer for 1 minute.
  5. Flake cooked mahi mahi into chunks.
  6. Assemble tacos with cabbage, tomatoes, fish, cilantro, sour cream, and feta.
  7. Serve with lime wedges.
