- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add melted butter and vanilla extract, stir until crumbly.
- Press half the mixture into the bottom of an air fryer-safe pan.
- Spread blueberries evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh aren’t available.
- Adjust sugar based on your preference.
- Check for doneness at 12 minutes.
