Ingredients

  • 4 cups stale bread, cubed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla.
  3. Add bread cubes and raisins (if using), stirring to coat evenly.
  4. Grease a baking dish that fits in your air fryer with melted butter.
  5. Pour the mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
  6. Air fry for 15-20 minutes until golden and set.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use any type of bread, but stale works best.
  • Adjust sugar to taste.
  • Check doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
