Description

Crispy air fryer breakfast egg rolls filled with scrambled eggs, cheese, and your favorite breakfast ingredients. A quick and easy morning meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 4 large eggs, scrambled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp oil (for brushing)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 370°F for 3 minutes.
  2. Mix scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage, bell peppers, and green onions in a bowl.
  3. Place 2 tbsp of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  4. Fold sides inward and roll tightly, sealing the edge with water.
  5. Brush egg rolls lightly with oil.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately with dipping sauce if desired.
