Description

A quick and easy breakfast quesadilla made in the air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup cooked sausage or bacon (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Scramble the eggs in a pan and set aside.
  3. Place one tortilla on a flat surface and sprinkle half the cheese evenly.
  4. Add scrambled eggs, bell peppers, onions, and optional meat.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and top with the second tortilla.
  6. Brush the top tortilla with butter or oil.
  7. Place the quesadilla in the air fryer basket and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  8. Flip carefully, brush the other side with butter or oil, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  9. Remove, slice, and serve warm.

  • Use any cheese you prefer.
  • Add salsa or sour cream for extra flavor.
