Description

Quick and easy air fryer breakfast sausage rolls made with puff pastry and sausage meat.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz breakfast sausage meat
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into rectangles.
  3. Divide the sausage meat into equal portions and place each portion on a pastry rectangle.
  4. Roll the pastry around the sausage meat and seal the edges with a fork.
  5. Mix the beaten egg with water and brush it over the pastry rolls.
  6. Place the rolls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve warm.

  • You can use pre-cooked sausage for quicker preparation.
