Description
Quick and easy air fryer breakfast sausage rolls made with puff pastry and sausage meat.
Ingredients

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz breakfast sausage meat
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into rectangles.
- Divide the sausage meat into equal portions and place each portion on a pastry rectangle.
- Roll the pastry around the sausage meat and seal the edges with a fork.
- Mix the beaten egg with water and brush it over the pastry rolls.
- Place the rolls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can use pre-cooked sausage for quicker preparation.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
