Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned and crisp.
- Let cool slightly, then mix with red onion, cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
- Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
