Description
A quick and healthy side dish made with broccolini and mushrooms cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 bunch broccolini, trimmed
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss broccolini and mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Serve immediately.
