Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Add pancetta to the Brussels sprouts and mix well.
- Spread the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
