Description
Crispy and spicy buffalo cauliflower bites made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss cauliflower florets in the flour mixture.
- Place florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter.
- Toss cooked cauliflower in the sauce.
- Return to air fryer for 3 more minutes.
Notes
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
- For extra crispiness, spray florets lightly with oil before cooking.
