Description

A spicy and cheesy air fryer casserole with buffalo cauliflower and macaroni.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup cooked macaroni
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Air fry cauliflower for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. In a bowl, mix macaroni, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, milk, and half the cheddar cheese.
  5. Add cauliflower to the macaroni mix and stir well.
  6. Transfer to an air fryer-safe dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Air fry for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less heat.
  • Use gluten-free pasta for a gluten-free version.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
