Description
A spicy and cheesy air fryer casserole with buffalo cauliflower and macaroni.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup cooked macaroni
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry cauliflower for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- In a bowl, mix macaroni, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, milk, and half the cheddar cheese.
- Add cauliflower to the macaroni mix and stir well.
- Transfer to an air fryer-safe dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less heat.
- Use gluten-free pasta for a gluten-free version.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
