Crispy buffalo cauliflower bites with ranch dressing, made easy in your air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place cauliflower in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- Toss hot cauliflower with buffalo sauce.
- Serve with ranch dressing.
Notes
- Adjust buffalo sauce amount for preferred spice level.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
