Description

Crispy air fryer buffalo cauliflower is a healthier take on the classic appetizer. It’s spicy, tangy, and perfectly crunchy without deep-frying.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt to make a batter.
  3. Coat cauliflower florets in the batter.
  4. Place florets in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  6. Mix hot sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
  7. Toss cooked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce.
  8. Return to air fryer for 2-3 minutes to set the sauce.
  9. Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
