Description
Crispy air fryer buffalo cauliflower is a healthier take on the classic appetizer. It’s spicy, tangy, and perfectly crunchy without deep-frying.

- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt to make a batter.
- Coat cauliflower florets in the batter.
- Place florets in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Mix hot sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
- Toss cooked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce.
- Return to air fryer for 2-3 minutes to set the sauce.
- Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray cauliflower lightly with oil before air frying.
- Adjust hot sauce quantity based on your spice preference.
