- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
- Toss cooked cauliflower with buffalo sauce.
- Warm tortillas in the air fryer for 1 minute.
- Assemble tacos with cauliflower, lettuce, red onion, feta, and ranch.
