Description

Crispy and spicy buffalo cauliflower wings made in an air fryer. A healthy alternative to traditional wings, perfect for snacks or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt to make a batter.
  3. Coat cauliflower florets in the batter.
  4. Place florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  6. Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter, then toss cooked cauliflower in the sauce.
  7. Return to air fryer for 2-3 minutes to set the sauce.
  8. Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
