Description

Crispy air fryer buffalo chicken egg rolls with a spicy kick.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 6 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese in a bowl.
  2. Place 2 tbsp filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  3. Fold sides inward, then roll tightly. Seal edges with water.
  4. Brush egg rolls lightly with oil.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
  6. Cook egg rolls for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
