Description

Air fryer buffalo chicken stuffed peppers are a quick and flavorful dish. They combine spicy buffalo chicken with crisp bell peppers for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers (any color)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff the mixture into the bell peppers.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until peppers are tender.
  6. Optionally top with blue cheese crumbles before serving.
