Description
Spicy and creamy buffalo chickpea dip made in the air fryer for a quick and flavorful appetizer.
Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork or potato masher.
- Add hot sauce, Greek yogurt, cheddar cheese, blue cheese (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix well.
- Grease a small oven-safe dish with olive oil and transfer the mixture into it.
- Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway, until bubbly and lightly browned.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks.
Notes
- For extra spice, add more hot sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Replace Greek yogurt with sour cream if preferred.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
