Crispy and spicy buffalo chickpea wings made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix chickpeas with hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. Coat chickpeas in flour, then breadcrumbs.
  4. Place chickpeas in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  6. Serve with extra hot sauce or ranch dressing.
