Crispy buffalo chickpeas wrapped in a soft tortilla with fresh veggies and a creamy sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Toss chickpeas with olive oil, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Air fry chickpeas for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Spread dressing on tortillas, then add lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and chickpeas.
- Fold and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use whole wheat tortillas for extra fiber.
- Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less heat.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
