- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 1/4 cup cooked chicken, shredded (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, and shredded chicken (if using).
- Spoon the mixture into each halved mini pepper.
- Place the stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes until the peppers are tender and the filling is slightly bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crunch, top with breadcrumbs before air frying.
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce based on your spice preference.
