- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Dip cauliflower florets in batter, shaking off excess.
- Arrange in single layer in air fryer basket.
- Cook 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Toss cooked cauliflower in buffalo sauce.
- Return to air fryer for 3 minutes.
- Drizzle with ranch and sprinkle parsley before serving.
Notes
- Cut florets similar size for even cooking.
- Spray basket with oil to prevent sticking.
- Adjust buffalo sauce amount for desired spice level.
