Description

Crispy air fryer cauliflower wings with buffalo ranch flavors. A quick and tasty vegetarian snack or side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets in batter, shaking off excess.
  4. Arrange in single layer in air fryer basket.
  5. Cook 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Toss cooked cauliflower in buffalo sauce.
  7. Return to air fryer for 3 minutes.
  8. Drizzle with ranch and sprinkle parsley before serving.
