Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Mix breadcrumbs, flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip shrimp in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place shrimp in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Toss cooked shrimp in buffalo sauce.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh or thawed shrimp.

- For extra crispiness, spray shrimp with cooking oil before air frying.
