Make juicy burgers quickly with an air fryer. This method gives you crispy edges while keeping the inside tender.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef (80% lean)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
- Place patties in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8 minutes, flip, then cook 6 more minutes.
- Add cheese if desired and cook 1 more minute.
- Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Don’t press patties too thin – they shrink during cooking
- For well-done burgers, add 2 more minutes cooking time
- Use parchment paper liner for easier cleanup
