Description

Make juicy burgers quickly with an air fryer. This method gives you crispy edges while keeping the inside tender.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef (80% lean)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 burger buns
  • Optional toppings: cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
  4. Place patties in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  5. Cook for 8 minutes, flip, then cook 6 more minutes.
  6. Add cheese if desired and cook 1 more minute.
  7. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • Don’t press patties too thin – they shrink during cooking
  • For well-done burgers, add 2 more minutes cooking time
  • Use parchment paper liner for easier cleanup
