- 1 ball of burrata cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge burrata ball in flour, then dip in beaten egg.
- Coat evenly with breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly brush with olive oil.
- Place in air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
