  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Toss the butternut squash cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Place the seasoned squash in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
