- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup croutons
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp Caesar dressing
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Toss the croutons with olive oil and air fry for 3 minutes until crispy.
- Chop the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Assemble the salad by mixing romaine lettuce, chicken, croutons, and Parmesan.
- Drizzle with Caesar dressing and serve immediately.
