Ingredients

- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Cajun seasoning, parsley, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 6 equal-sized patties.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place crab cakes in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges or dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use fresh crab meat for best results.
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- If mixture is too wet, add more breadcrumbs.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
