- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub olive oil over the chicken breasts, then coat evenly with the spice mix.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken.
- For extra spice, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.
