Description

A spicy and flavorful Cajun tofu salad made in the air fryer for a crispy texture without deep frying.


Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup avocado, diced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss tofu cubes with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
  3. Air fry tofu for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
  4. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and avocado.
  5. Add crispy tofu and drizzle with lime juice. Toss gently and serve.

Notes

  • Press tofu for at least 30 minutes to remove excess water.
  • Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for more or less spice.
  • Serve immediately for best texture.
