Description
A spicy and flavorful Cajun tofu salad made in the air fryer for a crispy texture without deep frying.
Ingredients

- 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup avocado, diced
- 2 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss tofu cubes with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Air fry tofu for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and avocado.
- Add crispy tofu and drizzle with lime juice. Toss gently and serve.
Notes
- Press tofu for at least 30 minutes to remove excess water.
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for more or less spice.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
