Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
  2. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut through.
  3. Stuff each pocket with mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.
  4. Season outside with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
  5. Brush with olive oil.
  6. Air fry for 12-15 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F internally.
  7. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
