- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut through.
- Stuff each pocket with mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.
- Season outside with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Brush with olive oil.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F internally.
- Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.

- Use toothpicks to secure pockets if needed.
- Check chicken temperature with a meat thermometer.
