- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Stuff each chicken breast with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and basil leaves.
- Secure the openings with toothpicks if needed.
- Brush the chicken with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
