  • 4 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. Stuff each chicken breast with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and basil leaves.
  4. Secure the openings with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Brush the chicken with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
  6. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
