Ingredients

- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 4 small flour tortillas
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Mix diced apples, caramel sauce, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Spoon the mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
- Fold the tortillas into chimichangas, sealing the edges with melted butter.
- Brush the outside with more butter and sprinkle with sugar.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm with extra caramel sauce if desired.

- Use soft tortillas for easy folding.

- Let cool slightly before serving to avoid burns.
