Delicious bite-sized brownies with a crunchy pretzel crust and gooey caramel center, made easy in your air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 box brownie mix (plus required ingredients)
- 1 cup mini pretzels, crushed
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix brownie batter according to package instructions.
- Combine crushed pretzels with melted butter.
- Press pretzel mixture into greased mini muffin tins.
- Fill each cup halfway with brownie batter.
- Add 1/2 tsp caramel sauce to each cup.
- Top with remaining brownie batter.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until set.
- Let cool before removing from tins.
- Drizzle with extra caramel and chocolate chips.
Notes
- Use parchment liners for easy removal.
- Check doneness with a toothpick.
- Store leftovers in airtight container.
