Description

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional for extra sweetness)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Drizzle with maple syrup if using, then cook 2 more minutes.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Trim and halve Brussels sprouts evenly for even cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
