Crispy, caramelized Brussels sprouts made easily in the air fryer. A simple, healthy side dish with minimal effort.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional for extra sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  5. Drizzle with maple syrup if using, then cook 2 more minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.
