Ingredients

- 2 medium apples, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tbsp rose water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Toss apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Sprinkle cardamom and rose water evenly over the slices.
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use a mandoline for even slices.
- Adjust cooking time based on desired crispiness.
