Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cardamom in a bowl.
  3. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Whisk milk, egg, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
  5. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Shape dough into a circle on a floured surface and cut into wedges.
  7. Place scones in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
